Tabexa is an online service operated by Tabexa (Cairo, Egypt). In this policy "we" means Tabexa and "you" means anyone who uses the service or visits this website.

تابكسا خدمة إلكترونية تديرها Tabexa (تابكسا) (القاهرة، مصر). ويُقصد بضمير المتكلم «نحن» في هذه السياسة تابكسا، وبضمير المخاطب «أنت» كلُّ من يستخدم الخدمة أو يزور هذا الموقع.

• Account information: your name, email address and profile picture from the Google account you sign in with.
• Your content: the bases, tables, records, files, comments and settings you and your team create in Tabexa.
• Billing information: the plan you choose, amounts, payment method, transfer numbers and receipts you upload. Card and wallet details are entered on a secure payment page; we never see or store your card number.
• Technical information: basic logs needed to run and secure the service (for example the time of a request and error messages).

• بيانات الحساب: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورتك الشخصية من حساب جوجل الذي تسجّل الدخول به.
• المحتوى الخاص بك: القواعد والجداول والسجلات والملفات والتعليقات والإعدادات التي تنشئها أنت وفريقك في تابكسا.
• بيانات الدفع: الباقة التي تختارها، والمبالغ، وطريقة الدفع، وأرقام التحويلات، والإيصالات التي ترفعها. وتُدخَل بيانات البطاقة والمحفظة في صفحة دفع آمنة، ولا نطّلع على رقم بطاقتك ولا نحتفظ به إطلاقًا.
• البيانات التقنية: سجلات أساسية لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وتأمينها (مثل وقت الطلب ورسائل الأخطاء).

• To provide the service: show your data to you and to the people you share it with.
• To process payments and activate plans.
• To send notifications inside the app (for example when a payment is approved).
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your content for advertising.

• لتقديم الخدمة: عرض بياناتك لك ولمن تشاركها معهم.
• لمعالجة المدفوعات وتفعيل الباقات.
• لإرسال الإشعارات داخل التطبيق (مثل إشعار اعتماد الدفعة).
• لتأمين الخدمة ومعالجة الأعطال.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدم المحتوى الخاص بك في الإعلانات.

We only share information in these cases:

• you choose to send it yourself, for example a message sent by an automation you set up;
• it's needed to complete a payment you make on the secure payment page;
• the law requires it.

لا نشارك أي معلومات إلا في الحالات الآتية:

• عندما تختار إرسالها بنفسك، كرسالة ترسلها عملية أتمتة أعددتها؛
• عندما يلزم ذلك لإتمام دفعة تجريها عبر صفحة الدفع الآمنة؛
• عندما يقتضي القانون ذلك.

Your records and files are saved on a secure, encrypted server. Only the people you add to a base can see it, each according to the role you give them.

تُحفظ سجلاتك وملفاتك على خادم آمن ومشفّر، ولا يطّلع على القاعدة إلا من تضيفهم إليها، كلٌّ بحسب الدور الذي تمنحه إياه.

We keep your content while your account is active. Deleted items stay in the trash for 30 days and are then removed. Billing records are kept as required for accounting. You can delete your account and data yourself at any time (see below).

نحتفظ بالمحتوى الخاص بك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. وتبقى العناصر المحذوفة في سلة المحذوفات مدة 30 يومًا ثم تُزال نهائيًا. ونحتفظ بسجلات المدفوعات وفقًا لمتطلبات المحاسبة. ويمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك بنفسك في أي وقت (انظر أدناه).

• See, edit and export your data (Excel / CSV) from the app.
• Remove people from your bases at any time.
• Delete your account yourself: click your picture at the top → Delete my account. Workspaces you own are given to a member you choose or deleted with everything in them, and your sign-in is removed. You can also ask us by email.
• Ask for a copy of your data by contacting us.

• الاطلاع على بياناتك وتعديلها وتصديرها (Excel / CSV) من التطبيق.
• إزالة أي شخص من قواعدك في أي وقت.
• حذف حسابك بنفسك: اضغط على صورتك في أعلى الصفحة ثم حذف حسابي. تنتقل مساحات العمل التي تملكها إلى عضو تختاره، أو تُحذف بكل محتواها، ويُزال حساب الدخول الخاص بك. ويمكنك أيضًا طلب ذلك منا عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
• طلب نسخة من بياناتك بالتواصل معنا.

Tabexa keeps your sign-in session and a few preferences (language, theme, row height, last view) in your browser's local storage. We don't use advertising cookies or trackers.

يحفظ تابكسا جلسة تسجيل الدخول وبعض التفضيلات (اللغة، والمظهر، وارتفاع الصفوف، وآخر عرض) في التخزين المحلي لمتصفحك. ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية ولا أدوات تتبّع.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app if the change is important.

إذا عدّلنا هذه السياسة فسنحدّث التاريخ المذكور في أعلى هذه الصفحة، وسنُعلمك داخل التطبيق إذا كان التعديل جوهريًا.

Tabexa is online software for organizing data in tables, provided by Tabexa, Cairo, Egypt. It is offered "as is" and we work continuously to keep it available and improve it.

تابكسا برنامج إلكتروني لتنظيم البيانات في جداول، تقدّمه Tabexa (تابكسا)، القاهرة، مصر. وتُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي»، ونعمل باستمرار على إتاحتها وتطويرها.

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens in your workspaces and for the people you invite. Keep your Google account secure and tell us if you notice any misuse.

تسجّل الدخول بحساب جوجل، وتتحمّل مسؤولية ما يجري في مساحات العمل الخاصة بك وعن الأشخاص الذين تدعوهم. احرص على تأمين حساب جوجل الخاص بك، وأبلغنا إذا لاحظت أي استخدام غير مشروع.

• Plans are per base and priced in Egyptian pounds, as shown on the pricing page and in the app.
• You pay in advance for a month or a year. Plans do not renew automatically.
• Every plan is monthly: its monthly limits (such as automation runs and form responses) start again every month on the day your subscription started, whether or not you used them all, and what's left doesn't carry over. On a yearly plan they also start again every month.
• Card and wallet payments are made on a secure payment page. Transfers (InstaPay, wallet, bank) are activated after we verify them.
• Prices may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

• الباقات مخصّصة لكل قاعدة، وأسعارها بالجنيه المصري كما هي معروضة في قسم الأسعار وداخل التطبيق.
• يكون الدفع مقدّمًا عن شهر أو سنة، ولا تتجدد الباقات تلقائيًا.
• كل باقة شهرية: تتجدد حدودها الشهرية (مثل عمليات الأتمتة وردود النماذج) في كل شهر في يوم بدء اشتراكك، سواء استهلكتها كلها أم لا، ولا يُرحَّل الرصيد المتبقي إلى الشهر التالي. وفي الاشتراك السنوي تتجدد هذه الحدود شهريًا كذلك.
• يتم الدفع بالبطاقة والمحفظة عبر صفحة دفع آمنة، أما التحويلات (إنستاباي أو المحفظة أو التحويل البنكي) فتُفعَّل بعد التحقق منها.
• قد تتغير الأسعار، ولا يسري أي تغيير على مدة سبق لك دفع مقابلها.

Each plan has limits (records, files, people, automations, API calls). When a limit is reached you can upgrade or remove data. Please don't use Tabexa for anything illegal, to send spam, to store harmful files, or to try to break or overload the service.

لكل باقة حدود (السجلات، والملفات، والمستخدمون، والأتمتة، وطلبات API). وعند بلوغ أحد الحدود يمكنك الترقية إلى باقة أعلى أو حذف بعض البيانات. ويُحظر استخدام تابكسا في أي نشاط غير قانوني، أو في إرسال الرسائل المزعجة، أو تخزين الملفات الضارة، أو محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو إثقالها.

Your content belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You can export it at any time. See the privacy policy.

المحتوى الخاص بك ملكٌ لك، وتمنحنا الإذن بتخزينه ومعالجته لغرض تقديم الخدمة فقط، ويمكنك تصديره في أي وقت. اطّلع على سياسة الخصوصية.

• After a paid period ends you get a grace period of 7 days, and everything keeps working.
• The grace period is a wait for your renewal, not extra free time: when you renew, the new month (or year) starts on the day the plan ended, the first day of the grace period, even if you pay later. If you renew a month or more after the end, the new period starts on the day you pay.
• If you don't renew, a base that holds more than the Free plan allows becomes read-only after the grace period, until it is renewed or reduced. Nothing is deleted.

• بعد انتهاء المدة المدفوعة تحصل على مهلة سماح مدتها 7 أيام، ويستمر كل شيء في العمل خلالها.
• مهلة السماح فترة انتظار للتجديد وليست مدة مجانية إضافية؛ فعند التجديد يبدأ الشهر (أو العام) الجديد من يوم انتهاء الباقة، أي من أول أيام مهلة السماح، حتى لو تأخر الدفع. أما إذا جددت بعد مرور شهر أو أكثر على انتهاء الباقة، فتبدأ المدة الجديدة من يوم الدفع.
• إذا لم تجدد، تصبح القاعدة التي تتجاوز بياناتها حدود الباقة المجانية للقراءة فقط بعد انتهاء مهلة السماح، إلى أن تُجدَّد أو تُخفَّض بياناتها. ولا يُحذف أي شيء.

You can stop using Tabexa at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, after notice where possible.

يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام تابكسا في أي وقت. ويحق لنا إيقاف أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو يتخلف عن الدفع، بعد إخطار صاحبه متى أمكن ذلك.

We do our best to keep Tabexa running and your data safe, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

نبذل قصارى جهدنا لضمان استمرار عمل تابكسا وحماية بياناتك، لكننا لا نستطيع أن نضمن عدم انقطاع الخدمة مطلقًا. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا على المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الأشهر الثلاثة الأخيرة.

These terms follow the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. If you have a problem, contact us first and we will try to solve it together.

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. وإذا واجهتك أي مشكلة، فتواصل معنا أولًا وسنسعى إلى حلها معًا.

Tabexa plans are paid in advance for a month or a year and do not renew automatically. Nothing is charged unless you choose to pay again.

تُدفع باقات تابكسا مقدّمًا عن شهر أو سنة، ولا تتجدد تلقائيًا، ولا يُخصم أي مبلغ ما لم تختر الدفع مرة أخرى.

You can cancel at any time by simply not renewing, or by asking us. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that you get 7 more days, then the base continues on the Free plan (read-only if it holds more than the Free plan allows). Your data is never deleted.

يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت بعدم التجديد، أو بطلب ذلك منا. وتظل باقتك فعّالة حتى نهاية المدة التي دفعت مقابلها، ثم تحصل على مهلة سماح مدتها 7 أيام، وبعدها تستمر القاعدة على الباقة المجانية (وتصبح للقراءة فقط إذا كانت بياناتها تتجاوز حدود الباقة المجانية). ولا تُحذف بياناتك أبدًا.

• Technical problems: if a technical problem inside Tabexa stops you from using the service you paid for, tell us. We first try to fix it; if we can't, and you asked within 7 days of the payment, we refund the full amount.
• Other cases: payments are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time and keep using the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
• Duplicate or wrong charges (for example paying twice by mistake) are always refunded in full.

• المشكلات التقنية: إذا حالت مشكلة تقنية داخل تابكسا دون استخدامك للخدمة التي دفعت مقابلها، فأبلغنا بذلك. سنحاول حلها أولًا، فإن تعذّر ذلك وكان طلبك خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الدفع، رددنا إليك المبلغ كاملًا.
• الحالات الأخرى: المبالغ المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترداد، لكن يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت ومواصلة استخدام الباقة حتى نهاية المدة التي دفعت مقابلها.
• المبالغ المكررة أو المخصومة خطأً (كأن تدفع مرتين عن طريق الخطأ) تُرد كاملة في جميع الأحوال.

The 7-day Pro trial is free, needs no payment and is offered once per workspace, so there is nothing to refund or cancel. When it ends the base goes back to the Free plan unless you choose a plan.

تجربة الباقة الاحترافية لمدة 7 أيام مجانية ولا تتطلب أي دفع، وتُتاح مرة واحدة فقط لكل مساحة عمل، لذا لا يوجد ما يُسترد أو يُلغى. وعند انتهائها تعود القاعدة إلى الباقة المجانية ما لم تختر باقة.

If you move to another plan before your current period ends, the days left on the old plan are turned into days on the new one (by price), so you never lose what you paid.

إذا انتقلت إلى باقة أخرى قبل انتهاء مدتك الحالية، تُحوَّل الأيام المتبقية من الباقة القديمة إلى أيام في الباقة الجديدة (بحسب السعر)، فلا تخسر شيئًا مما دفعته.

راسلنا على tabexateam@gmail.com أو عبر واتساب (0100 363 8236) مع ذكر رمز الدفعة (يبدأ بـ TBX-) واسم القاعدة، وسنرد عليك خلال يوم عمل واحد.

Approved refunds are sent back the same way you paid: card and wallet payments to the same card or wallet, and transfers to the same account or wallet. Refunds are processed within 7 working days; your bank may need a few more days to show them.

يُرد المبلغ المعتمد بطريقة الدفع نفسها: مدفوعات البطاقة والمحفظة إلى البطاقة أو المحفظة ذاتها، والتحويلات إلى الحساب أو المحفظة ذاتها. وتتم معالجة الاسترداد خلال 7 أيام عمل، وقد يحتاج البنك إلى بضعة أيام إضافية لإظهاره.

Tabexa is used online, from the web browser on a computer or phone, or from the Tabexa app. After you sign in, your account and workspace are ready right away.

يُستخدم تابكسا عبر الإنترنت، من متصفح الويب على الحاسوب أو الهاتف، أو من تطبيق تابكسا. وبمجرد تسجيل الدخول يصبح حسابك ومساحة عملك جاهزين للاستخدام فورًا.

When you pay for a plan, it is activated on the base you chose inside your Tabexa account. The base's limits and features change to those of the plan right away, for the whole period you paid for.

عند الدفع مقابل باقة، تُفعَّل على القاعدة التي اخترتها داخل حسابك في تابكسا، وتتغير حدود القاعدة ومزاياها إلى حدود الباقة ومزاياها فورًا، طوال المدة التي دفعت مقابلها.

• Card or mobile wallet: immediately after the payment succeeds.
• InstaPay, wallet or bank transfer: after we verify your transfer, within one working day.
• Free trial: immediately when you start it.

You get a notification in the app when your plan is active, and the plan and its end date are shown on the base's Plan & billing page.

• البطاقة أو المحفظة الإلكترونية: فور نجاح عملية الدفع.
• إنستاباي أو المحفظة أو التحويل البنكي: بعد التحقق من التحويل، خلال يوم عمل واحد.
• التجربة المجانية: فور بدئها.

يصلك إشعار داخل التطبيق عند تفعيل الباقة، ويظهر اسم الباقة وتاريخ انتهائها في صفحة «الباقة والدفع» الخاصة بالقاعدة.

• Before your plan ends: the new period starts when the current one ends, so you don't lose any days.
• After your plan ends: the new period starts on the day the plan ended (the first day of the 7 grace days), even if you pay after the grace days. If you renew a month or more after the end, it starts on the day you pay.
• Monthly limits start again every month on your subscription day.

• قبل انتهاء الباقة: تبدأ المدة الجديدة عند انتهاء المدة الحالية، فلا تخسر أي يوم.
• بعد انتهاء الباقة: تبدأ المدة الجديدة من يوم انتهاء الباقة (أول أيام مهلة السماح البالغة 7 أيام)، حتى لو تم الدفع بعد انتهاء المهلة. أما إذا جددت بعد مرور شهر أو أكثر على انتهاء الباقة، فتبدأ المدة من يوم الدفع.
• تتجدد الحدود الشهرية في كل شهر في يوم بدء اشتراكك.

When data migration is part of your plan or bought as a service, we agree on the timeline with you before starting, and your data is added to your Tabexa base.

عندما يكون نقل البيانات جزءًا من باقتك أو تطلبه خدمةً مستقلة، نتفق معك على الجدول الزمني قبل البدء، ثم تُضاف بياناتك إلى قاعدتك في تابكسا.

If you paid and your plan isn't active within the times above, contact us with your payment code (TBX-…) and we will fix it right away.

إذا دفعت ولم تُفعَّل باقتك خلال المدد المذكورة أعلاه، فتواصل معنا مع ذكر رمز الدفعة (TBX-…) وسنعالج الأمر فورًا.
